Accessibility in terms of the World Wide Web means accommodating for all users, and making reasonable provision to ensure that everyone can get as much as possible out of the internet. Good accessibility is not just for this purpose: an accessible site makes navigation, information dissemination, and general use intuative, for everyone.

The design of this site is such that users on dial-up connections with "images off / css on" are able to see all links, headings, and relevent information. The site will work up to two text size increases.
